Physician burnout is real, and we wanted to do something about it. WCMSSM has partnered with Start My Wellness Psychotherapy to provide Wayne County physicians with access to confidential, anonymous mental health support that is completely separate from employer-provided wellness services.
We know that physicians may be hesitant to seek help through workplace channels. This service was designed with that in mind. Your care is private, professional, and on your terms.
All active and resident members will have their first appointment paid for courtesy of WCMSSM. This is our commitment to you.
